1. Data Collection and Protection
We collect registration data (driver and co-driver identity, contact details, vehicle information) and required supporting documents (driver's license, vehicle registration, insurance certificate). This information and files are stored securely and encrypted on the Netlify Blobs infrastructure. Supporting documents are kept only as long as necessary for the administrative validation of the crew file by the organizer, after which they are permanently purged. Registration drafts in progress are stored temporarily in the user's browser.
2. Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use any third-party advertising cookies without your consent. We use the Tarteaucitron consent management solution to allow you to control the activation of Google Analytics (GA4) traffic analysis and the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram conversion tracking).
3. Your GDPR Rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, port, and delete your personal data. Transactional emails (registration confirmations, follow-ups) are dispatched via the secure Resend service. For any data-related request, please contact PAC Event at: contact@pac-event.com.
