TARGA FLORIO REVIVAL® is a rally for car enthusiasts and explorers organized by PAC-EVENT. During this event, participants will have to complete a number of stages on roads open to traffic. Speed is not a factor under any circumstances, and no rankings based on speed, average speed, or any other performance criteria will be made.
The organizer reserves the right to accept or refuse cars that do not fit in with the spirit of this event. Eligible cars: All cars approved for road use with a registration document, insurance, and that comply with the highway code. Coupe / Convertible / Sedan: From the 1960s to 2000 GTs of yesterday and today. Crew: Two people, at least one of whom must have a driver's license. Vehicles must comply with the Highway Code in all respects. Participants must ensure that their car is in good general condition.
Although the road course is mandatory, under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will an average speed or time be required. Participants are drivers like any others, subject to the highway code and its requirements. Each stage consists of a starting point, a finishing point, and intermediate points at which each team must have their logbook stamped.
Accommodation and meals are included in the overall service as follows. 3-, 4-, or 5-star hotel (as applicable) in a double room, breakfast included for 2 people. Extras and personal consumption are not included. Single room accommodation is available on request and at an additional cost, subject to availability. Lunch and dinner are included in the program.
The registration fees are specified on each registration form. They include, for a crew of two people and their vehicle: logistical support, 3 nights in a room for 2 people with breakfast, meals with drinks, tastings and entertainment, rally equipment (plates, door numbers, road book, etc.). A deposit of €3,200 is required upon registration and no later than THREE MONTHS before the date of the event. The balance is payable 45 days before the first day of the event. Registration can be done online or by mail. No registration will be confirmed without a deposit. Failure to pay the balance will result in the cancellation of the registration without entitlement to a refund of the deposit. Similarly, cancellation of participation less than 45 days before the event will not give rise to any refund of the registration fee (except in special cases accepted by PAC EVENT). At the closing date for registrations, a waiting list will be opened in case of cancellations. Conversely, if the number of registrations is insufficient, PAC EVENT reserves the right to cancel the event. In this case, participants will be notified and may choose to either receive a refund or a credit note for the next event. In the event of a change of date, registrations will automatically be transferred to the new date.
TARGA FLORIO REVIVAL® is a leisure event aimed at bringing together owners of classic or exceptional vehicles, without any notion of speed or competition. The owners of the vehicles entered are personally responsible for taking out third-party liability insurance. Vehicles traveling on public roads must comply with the Highway Code and, in particular, have a valid registration certificate, a valid technical inspection certificate (if required), and a valid insurance certificate. Participants waive any liability on the part of PAC EVENT SARL for any reason whatsoever. The contract between participants and the organizer is governed by French law. Any dispute arising from it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Limoges. TARGA FLORIO REVIVAL® does not require a driver's license or sports certification for the vehicle.
By taking part in 'TARGA FLORIO REVIVAL®', participants authorize PAC EVENT or any other partner or sponsor of the event to use, reproduce, and distribute, free of charge, the name, voice, and/or image of the driver or co-driver, as well as their performance, results, and the image of their car, for any public relations, promotional, or advertising purposes. This provision is valid worldwide, on all media, for an unlimited period.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, each crew may exercise their right of access or rectification by writing to PAC EVENT, 35 avenue Ernest RUBEN, 87000 Limoges. Finally, please note that participants' contact details may be passed on to the event's official partners.
PAC EVENT shall not be held liable for any delays or impediments relating to the performance of this contract in the event of any occurrence beyond its control that prevents or delays the fulfillment of the purpose of the contract as defined in Article 3, contractually assimilated to force majeure. This shall apply to the following events, without this list being exhaustive: war (declared or undeclared), civil war, riots or revolution, acts of piracy, sabotage, requisition, confiscation, embargo, or expropriation, natural disasters such as violent storms, cyclones, earthquakes, floods, or destruction by lightning, epidemics, boycotts, strikes, and lockouts of any kind, work-to-rule, occupation of premises, acts of authority, whether lawful or unlawful, arbitrary or not, or any other event beyond the control of PAC EVENT.
This contract is subject to French law, even if the service is provided to a Customer based outside French territory. In the event of a dispute between the parties relating to the contract, exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the Commercial Court of Limoges, notwithstanding in the event of multiple defendants or the introduction of third parties. This jurisdiction clause shall apply even in the event of summary proceedings.
