1. Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale
Any registration made with PAC EVENT implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Payment terms
Payment of the entry fees may be made by bank transfer to the account details indicated on the registration form, or by credit card when confirming the online registration form.
3. Cancellation and refund policy
The amount paid as part of the registration fee may be refunded to the crew in the following cases: 1) the registration request is received after the maximum number of participants has been reached. 2) the registration request is not accepted by the Organizer. 3) the participant cancels their registration request, for any reason, no later than 60 days before the registration deadline. In cases 1) and 2), the full amount paid will be refunded. In case 3), the sum of €1,000.00 will be retained by the Organization as an administrative fee. In all other cases and deadlines, no refund may be requested from the Organizer. In the event of a change of date, registrations will automatically be transferred to the new date.
4. Sponsors and spaces reserved for the organization on each car
Certain spaces on the vehicles must be reserved for the Organization, such as: on the front hood (40x25cm), on the rear hood/bumper (40x25cm), on the doors (52x52cm). Each car entered may be covered with advertising, provided that the brand(s) affixed to the vehicle have been approved in writing by the Organizer. No brands competing with the Organizer itself, the sponsors, partners, or suppliers of the event will be accepted. The Organizer reserves the right to prohibit any advertising that it deems contrary to the spirit of the rally, without having to justify its decision. Furthermore, the Organizer cannot be held responsible for the consequences of affixing regulatory stickers to the vehicle.
5. Safety and responsibility
By taking part in the “GT TOUR 2027,” each team agrees to take responsibility for complying with traffic laws and ensuring the safety of others. The Organizer may exclude from the rally any team whose behavior is contrary to the spirit of the event or dangerous. In this case, no compensation will be provided. By registering for this rally, each participant acknowledges that they assume full responsibility in the event of an incident or accident occurring during the event, as the Organization cannot be held liable for events beyond its control or those not involving infrastructure or personnel under its management. In particular, each participant declares that the vehicle and its users are covered by a valid insurance policy at the time of the event, and that all premiums related to this insurance have been paid. The Organization cannot be held liable for damage or theft to vehicles during the event, or caused by the removal of regulatory stickers. Please note that the rally will officially take place from Tuesday, June 15, 2027 at 2:00 pm to Saturday, June 19, 2027 after breakfast. Beyond these times, the Organizer cannot be held liable in any way.
6. Insurance
Compliant with the legal insurance requirements for regulated sporting events.
7. Use / Image rights
By taking part in the “GT TOUR 2027,” participants authorize PAC EVENT or any other partner or sponsor of the event to use, reproduce, and distribute, free of charge, the name, voice, and/or image of the driver or co-driver, as well as their performance, results, and the image of their car, for any public relations, promotional, or advertising purposes. This provision is valid worldwide, on all media, for an unlimited period of time.
8. Personal data
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, each crew may exercise their right to access or rectify their data by writing to PAC EVENT, 35 avenue Ernest RUBEN, 87000 Limoges, France. Finally, please note that participants' contact details may be passed on to the event's official partners.
9. Force Majeure
PAC EVENT shall not be held liable for any delays or impediments relating to the performance of this contract in the event of any occurrence beyond its control that prevents or delays the fulfillment of the purpose of the contract as defined in Article 3, contractually assimilated to force majeure. This shall apply to the following events, without this list being exhaustive: war (declared or undeclared), civil war, riots or revolution, acts of piracy, sabotage, requisition, confiscation, embargo or expropriation, natural disasters such as violent storms, cyclones, earthquakes, floods, destruction by lightning, epidemics, boycotts, strikes and lockouts of any kind, work-to-rule, occupation of premises, acts of authority, whether lawful or unlawful, arbitrary or not, or any other event beyond the control of PAC EVENT.
10. Disputes / Applicable law and jurisdiction
This contract is subject to French law, even if the service is provided to a Customer based outside French territory. In the event of a dispute between the parties relating to the contract, exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the Commercial Court of Limoges, notwithstanding in the event of multiple defendants or the introduction of third parties. This jurisdiction clause shall apply even in the event of summary proceedings.
